- Tabling events provide organizations the opportunity to connect directly with college students on campus, offering insights into job openings, volunteer opportunities, and potential post-graduate pathways. These events allow students to engage with recruiters, learn about different industries, and explore their future career options.

Recruiting Guidelines and Best Practices
XPD – Experience & Professional Development staff abide by the principles for ethical professional practice, as well as the professional standards for university relations and recruiting as outlined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
Our External Engagement team also encourages partners to review and comply with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), which includes specific guidance related to Internship Programs.
In addition, we strongly encourage those designing high-quality experiential learning opportunities for students to follow the Society for Experiential Education’s (SEE) 8 Principles of Good Practice.
XPD reserves the right to decline any invitation to partner with employers or promote any particular positions within Handshake.
